S&R VS BFB HIGHLIGHTS

October 20, 2007. S&R's victory drought has finally came to an end after winning at Megah Field against BFB FC. Three player's from the main offensive unit (Patrick, Eyan & Meng Wai) didn't manage to make their appearance for this match.

In the first half, S&R penetrated BFB's defense effortlessly, yet it was a half of frustration as no goals were scored on either sides. The second half then began with rising tempo as both teams hustle to break the deadlock. Then, S&R drew first blood with Kein Yew's shot which deflected off the left pole; there was nothing the keeper can do to save that one. The 2nd goal came from Henry's corner kick driven into the far corner only to be finished by Eng Eu effeverscently. The team went on winning with goals scored by Jeremy & Eng Eu. Unfortunately, S&R lost their clean sheet after conceding from a deflected shot by Wen Hui (BFB)."They know they did well and surely they deserve to win this match." said Jovy. "Eng Eu as target man was a good decision Lol." he adds.
