Aight lads listen up!!! There won't be any fixtures nor training sessions this week, but training will resume through self initiative.
Kau Ilhamku FC (KIKFC) VS Shag & Run FC (Preview)
On July 7th, a match against the KIKFC side will take place on Megah Field with the usual kick-off time (8am). They travel all the way from Bangsar just to play this game, so we should provide them with exceptional hospitality. Earlier this year if you guys (those who were there) remember, we had a futsal match with them where we won. Our team fitness was the only factor that lead us to our victory as our team chemistry is relatively poor. Apparently, the upcoming fixture will be slight different than before. As this is a game of football, the opposing team will have new strategies and tactics PLUS new players to breathe down our necks. Thus, perseverence is a virtue guys, so start training. It will be a 10 - 10 game (keeper included). Don't be over confident that we will surely win this time because it is football, not futsal. The number 14 guy with a managarial look in the picture is Jie Yao, the guy who is in charge of the Bangsar side. He can dribble and pass at the same time.
KIKFC Analysis
- They have strong midfield - both attacking and defending.
- Their team chemistry considerably admirable.
- Their passing is way better us.
- They can dribble without losing the ball. (tactical dribbling)
- They have players capable of scoring from half court. (based on video footage)
- and yes, they have proffesional players. It trully depends on whether they are selected in the squad or not.
THIS WEEKS NOTICE
- No training/games this week.
- I (Henry) won't be around from Friday onwards.
- Jovy is having his exams.
- Most of us won't make it this week.
